Our Evolution to Success

Since 2007, our company has evolved from owning a captive insurance and financial services agency to our parent company DWJ Holdings, holding a full-service independent insurance brokerage, full-service lifestyle real estate brokerage, multi-channel professional services agency, and minority owned registered investment advisory firm. This structure allows us to either manage multiple aspects of professional services for small businesses, start ups, milennials, entertainers, and athletes or service general consumers underneath our portfolio companies. Since 2007, our founder, Donald Wong, has written tens of millions of insurance premium, sold tens of millions of real estate, managed millions of assets, and empowered thousands of individuals and small businesses to assist in acheiving their goals and objectives. We leverage these experiences as the blueprint to help guide our stakeholders to the promised land.
