For its other financial consulting services that are apart from or beyond its portfolio management services, DNA Financial charges fees that are dependent upon the complexity of a client’s requirements, the number of meetings, client objectives, and the extent to which outside professionals are consulted for risk analysis, controlling, strategy, compliance, executive management, governance, estate planning, accounting, and other professional services.
